TRADITIONALSPARKLING CORKS
We offer the CS Cuvée 0 + 2 traditional cork closures for premium sparkling wine. These corks consist of an agglomerate body and two natural corks discs on the end. CHAMPAGNE HOODS
Taking into account the sophisticted nature of sparkling wine, A.C.Relvas champagne hoods are available in a smooth or pebbled finish, with scalloped or straight line necks, embossed and / or printed with ink or hot stamping and have easy opening systems. Click here to see more.
We carry plain gold, silver and black hoods in stock in NZ and bring out customised options in our monthly containers.
VINC CUVEE
For those who prefer technical, we also offer the Vinc Cuvee corks from Cork Supply. These corks are TCA taint free* and provide superior gas retention performance. Click here for a technical specification sheet. We carry out all printing and finishing at our Hawke's Bay plant.
CROWN SEALS
We supply 29mm and 26mm crown seals for tradional method sparkling wine and beer. The crowns which are available in stainless steel or standard steel can be produced in a range of colours and with customised printing if desired. Liners are PVC free or for more protection against oxidation there is the option of the oxy scavenger liners.
MUSELETS
We have muselets for sparkling wine, beer and cider. We carry 38mm black, gold and silver muselets for sparkling wine in stock and can also supply customised muselets in alternative colours and with top printing if desired.
All muselets are manufactured with galvanised soft steel of the highest quality. Moreover, coloured steel muselets are lacquered after being galvanised for extra strength and protection.
BIDULES
We stock PVC-free polyethylene bidules for use with tirage crown seals. These fit perfectly into the neck of the bottle and work in combination with the crown cap to guarantee mechanical sealing against pressure, to capture bottle lees and to facilitate disgorgement.
